The History of How Disneyland Came to be

Disneyland first opened in Anaheim, California during the summer of 1955. It then earned its rightful nickname “The Happiest Place on Earth.” Since the first theme park was successful, more parks opened up worldwide. Tom Hanks portrayed the founder in the film titled Saving Mr. Banks. It captured the entrepreneur/ film producer’s pursument to land rights to Mary Poppins.
