Chris Hemsworth To Play Villain In Furiosa

It has been reported that the upcoming Mad Max: Fury Road prequel film Furiosa has found another lead. Chris Hemsworth has been cast to play the villain.

Furiosa will kick off the biggest movie production ever in Australia later this year. The film will inject around $350 million into the Australian economy and is projected to begin principal photography early next year for the May 24th, 2024 release date. Hemsworth recently discussed how excited he is to join the upcoming prequel.

Hemsworth will join Anya Taylor-Joy and Tom Burke as the lead cast for Furiosa.
