Chris Evans To Join Dwayne Johnson In ‘Red One’

The one and only Chris Evans is set to join Dwayne Johnson in Amazon Studios’ new holiday action thriller Red One.

Fresh off his performances in Marvel’s Avengers franchise, Apple TV’s Defending Jacob and Disney’s Free Guy, Evans will play opposite Dwayne Johnson in Amazon’s new film, which seeks to shed the “movie” category and ascend into a four-part “event”. Filming is expected to commence later this year with a 2023 holiday release.
