Robert DeNiro is one of the most renowned actors in the history of cinema. Anything you can name, he’s probably been apart of it. His career in Hollywood has spanned over seven decades. His list of acting credits spans more than 100 films long. The Godfather Part II, Taxi Driver, Raging Bull and more. We talked to DeNiro about his cinema history and starring in a family feud comedy, something he doesn’t do often.
DeNiro appears in The War with Grandpa as Ed, a grandfather who’s put at odds against his grandson when they’re forced to live together. The movie is based on the novel by Robert Kimmel Smith and stars Uma Thurman, Rob Riggle, Oakes Finley, Laura Marano, Cheech Marin, Jane Seymour and Christopher Walken.
The War with Grandpa opens in theaters Friday, October 9th.
