 Bautista kicks butt in the Blade Runner sequel!

BackstageOL’s Dave Morales sat down with Dave Bautista in this backstage interview to talk about his sci-fi thriller Blade Runner 2049.

Bautista portrays a character named Sapper in Denis Villeneuve’s sequel to the 1982 original film. In the interview, the former wrestler shared his excitement about joining the star-studded cast that includes Ryan Gosling and Harrison Ford, what the makeup process was like, and his love for acting.

The film’s synopsis:

Officer K (Ryan Gosling), a new blade runner for the Los Angeles Police Department, unearths a long-buried secret that has the potential to plunge what’s left of society into chaos. His discovery leads him on a quest to find Rick Deckard (Harrison Ford), a former blade runner who’s been missing for 30 years.
