Disney+ CLOUDS stars Sabrina Carpenter, Fin Argus, Madison Isemam, Neve Campbell, and filmmaker Justin Baldoni bring the story of cancer-fighter Zach Sobiech into our lives.

Cancer is an affliction that affects more than the person diagnosed. Families, communities and support systems are all ravaged by a cancer diagnosis. In the midst of the sadness and despair remains hope. Hope for a cure. Hope for a better life, and hope for a new resolve. That hope offers an escape from the mental walls that can be claustrophobic in a cancer patient’s life.

In Clouds, a young guitarist by the name of Zach Sobiech discovers that his cancer is terminal. With his time now limited, Zach decided to follow his lifelong dream and make an album that ends up touching more lives than he could’ve ever imagined.
