Backstage With Director Denise Di Novi For ‘Unforgettable’

Unforgettable is Di Novi’s directorial debut.

BackstageOL’s Dave Morales sat down with Denise Di Novi in this backstage interview to talk about the upcoming drama/thriller UNFORGETTABLE, her directorial debut.

In the interview, Di Novi explained what drew her to the film and what it was like to work with Rosario Dawson and Katherine Heigl. “We lived through similar experiences as women. We spent a lot of time talking about these characters,” she said, illustrating that they each did in-depth research about the various roles they were portraying.

Synopsis:

Barely coping with the end of her marriage, Tessa Connover learns that her ex-husband David is now happily engaged to Julia. Trying to settle into her new life, Julia believes she has finally met the man of her dreams, the man who can help her forget her troubled past. Soon, Tessa’s jealousy starts to consume her, and she will stop at nothing to turn Julia’s paradise into the ultimate nightmare.
