Get your wallets ready. ROCKSTAR Games has had the gaming world abuzz for a while with the upcoming release of Max Payne 3 and GTAV, but now we’re all waiting on pins and needles for the leak of what could be a new title from R* San Diego.
This weekend, the developer’s posted new job listings at Gamasutra specifically looking for tools, gameplay, and network programmers, saying this in the job description:
“Rockstar’s RAGE team creates the technology that drives games such as GTA IV and Midnight Club: Los Angeles. We’re heavily expanding, making a new suite of game creation tools and the engine to make them shine. We’re creating something meaningful, technically advanced, game centric, and above all, cool. We want People with passion and talent in equally high volume to join us on our journey as we define the future of gaming technology.”
Speculation says that ROCKSTAR is working on something entirely new, but rumors have also mentioned the possibility of a continuation of 2010’s popular Red Dead Redemption. Needless to say, we’ll be keeping our ears close to the ground.
