Capcom Countdown Is Teasing an Announcement for Next Week

Capcom is teasing something new coming our way. Capcom has set up a mysterious new page with a countdown timer on it (Link found here). The timer is set to end in seven days. Setting the end of the countdown on Sunday, February 20th at 12 am (CST).

Fans are speculating that it could be an announcement for Street Fighter 6 as the end of the timer coincides with the end of the Capcom Street Fighter Pro Tour season. 2022 also marks the 35th anniversary of the Street Fighter series.

However, the announcement could also be an announcement for a new DLC for Resident Evil Village, an Monster Hunter Rise’s Subreak expansion, or even the heavily rumored Resident Evil 4 remake. Be sure to let us know on Twitter what the announcement could be!
