“Sons of Anarchy” actor Johnny Lewis may have fathered a child with former “Sons of Anarchy” co-star Diane Marshall-Green a few years before going on a murderous rampage in 2012.
Lewis, who played the aspiring biker-gang member Kip “Half-Sack” Epps on the drama, murdered 81-year-old Catherine Davis at her home in 2012 before falling off the roof of Davis’ home and plummeting to his death.
There was no will at the time of the 28-year-old’s death and Lewis’ family has since filed court documents in an effort to divide the actor’s $41,000 estate. Since the actor had no will, his father believes he and his wife should have the sole beneficiaries of the estate.

However, the court documents have listed Diane Marshall-Green, as well as his possible 3-year-old daughter, as possible beneficiaries. While Lewis’ father does not believe that his son fathered a child before his death, it has been said that the actor at one point seeked visitation rights.
If the child does in fact happen to be Lewis’, the child would be entitled to the entirety of his estate.
