Michael Jackson’s Son to Testify in Wrongful Death Trial

The eldest of Michael Jackson’s three children, Prince Jackson, is set to testify in court today in the trial between the Jackson family and the promoter of Michael Jackson’s “This Is It” tour, AEG Live.

The 16-year-old will recount his father’s last days, including the day of his father’s death.  Prince was only 12-years-old on June 25, 2009 when he happened to rush into a room and found former doctor Conrad Murray trying to resuscitate his unconscious father, making the teenager a prominent witness.

Even with the testimony being a day after the four year anniversary of the King of Pop’s death, a Jackson family spokesperson said, “He [Prince Jackson] is ready for it! He is very confident.”

Michael Jackson’s three children, along with his mother Katherine Jackson, are suing concert promoter AEG Live for $40 billion for negligently hiring Dr. Conrad Murray.
