One moment former Playboy Bunny Holly Madison is getting ready for her August 15th wedding, the next she is preparing for the possibility that her fiance Pasquale Rotella could be in prison for the next 13 years.
Just hours after announcing her wedding on Sunday night, Madison was in a Los Angeles courtroom early Monday morning in a pretrial conference where her fiance is facing charges for bribery, embezzlement, conspiracy and conflict of interest, RadarOnline was first to report.
Rotella allegedly used “more than $2.5 million in funds from the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum” to pay off city officials in order to host raves at the venus, according to RadarOnline.
The case will reconvene on July 29, just over two weeks before the couple plans to wed. Hopefully by then things will be settled and figured out before their big day.
Rotella is currently out on $1.8 million bail and faces up to 13 years and 8 months in prison if convicted of all charges.
