It was reported that James Gunn, the director behind Warner Bro’s The Suicide Squad and Peacemaker, will develop a new spinoff out of The Suicide Squad.
Currently, Gunn’s Peacemaker is airing on HBO Max to high praise and high viewership, both of which are being noticed by Warner Bros. Gunn confirmed to Deadline,
“We’re working on something else now, another TV show that’s connected to that universe…but I can’t quite say yet.”
With Peacemaker reactions drawing more interest to HBO Max, it’s only a matter of time before more Gunn projects hit the screen. The question now? Who will be the main character?
