VH1’s “Behind the Music” documentary series is returning with an even more electrifying season. This time its targeting the hip-hop and R&B fans. The new season will feature artists such as Pitbull, Game, T-Pain, Brandy, Akon and Nas. VH1 aims to touch on the influence R&B/Hip-Hop has had on the “millennial generation.”
“Behind the Music” premieres on Thursday, March 15 (9 pm EST), with Pitbull. Born Armando Christian Perez, the rapper opens up about the root of his nickname and dealing with his father’s death.
