One of Netflix’s original movies being released every week of the year in 2021 as promised will include the action-comedy film, Red Notice. Clearly, there has been lots of talk about this film being Netflix’s big bet this year. So here’s what we know.
Who is in the Cast of ‘Red Notice’?
First thing that caught everyone’s attention has been the leading star trio of Dwayne Johnson, Ryan Reynolds and Gal Gadot. That’s right. Red Notice will feature Hollywood’s most talked about actors right now. Hence the attention the film has received. Obviously Gadot is most remembered for her lead performance in Wonder Woman, but this time her role is reversed. In contrast of Wonder Woman, she plays the master thief against heroes Johnson and Reynolds. Johnson and Gadot have also worked together in Fast Five and Fast & Furious 6.
Additional confirmed cast members include Ritu Arya, Chris Diamantopoulos, Ivan Mbakop, Vincenzo Amato and Rafael Petardi.

What is the Plot of ‘Red Notice’?
Moreover, Johnson plays an elite FBI agent on the run for two master criminals- played by Gadot (notorious art thief) and Reynolds (greatest conman). After capturing Reynolds, he convinces him to help take stop Gadot before her next big heist.
Red Notice is written and directed by Rawson Marshall Thurber. He is famously known for directing the hilarious films Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story and We’re the Millers amongst more. Therefore, we all know this film will size up to the rest of his popular flicks.
When is the Release Date?
As part of Netflix’s 2021 film slate, Red Notice will premiere on Netflix Nov. 12 according to RadioTimes. With the film exclusively available on the streaming service, a Netflix account is needed to stream it. Fortunately, you can find available options through the Netflix website.
