Former Jersey Shore cast member Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino was arrested and charges were filed after a physical altercation with his brother broke out at a tanning salon.
Sorrentino was charged with simple assault after he and his brother Frank got into an altercation around 2 p.m. at Boca Salon in Middletown Township, New Jersey. The altercation left the 31-year-old with a black eye and injured hand
The former Jersey Shore star posted $500 bail and was released. A court date has yet to be scheduled.
Sorrentino is due to return to reality television in TV Guide Network’s The Sorrentinos, which will follow his family as they try to open their own tanning salon.
