Derek Fisher to Become New York Knicks Head Coach

It seems the New York Knicks have gotten their man.  Bleacher Reports’ Howard Beck is reporting that five-time NBA champion Derek Fisher will be the Knicks next head coach.

Fisher will now work again for his former head coach, Phil Jackson, who now serves as President of the New York Knicks, after being passed over by Steve Kerr for a head coaching position with the Golden State Warriors.

The deal is reported to be worth $25 million over a five year period.
