“The Office” star Craig Robinson was arrested in the Bahamas yesterday after trying to board a plane with weed and ecstasy. The 41-year-old comedian was at Paradise Island for a show at The Atlantis.
After half a gram of marijuana and 18 ecstasy pills were found on Robinson, he plead guilty in front of a magistrate to two counts of drug possession. Facing up to 4 years in prison, the magistrate decided to give Robinson a break by fining him $1,000 and telling him to get out of the country ASAP. Meanwhile, Robinson is wearing a t-shirt and shorts in court.
This is not the first time Robinson has ran into problems with the law. In 2008, the comedian was arrested for possession of MDMA and meth. Those charges were later dropped after Robinson completed a drug diversion program.
I guess that program didn’t work…
