Icona Pop has recently dished out a load of goods.
The Swedish pop duo, who have grasped the likes of EDM-heads worldwide with their infectious electronic-infused party hit “I Love It,” are creating some serious chatter after they dropped the news of their debut album’s release date, a new single, and an upcoming tour.
Icona Pop has announced the release of their official debut album This Is…Icona Pop. The album is slated to release on September 24th via Ten/Big Beat Records. The album packs “I Love It” featuring Charli XCX, which peaked at No. 7 on the Hot 100, “Girlfriend” the group’s latest single released early last month (June), and many new tracks.
The duo has also released a third single from the forthcoming album. “All Night” is another beat heavy party anthem with Aino Jawo and Caroline Hjelt shout-singing lyrics like “With love this deep / we don’t need no sleep / We can do this all night,” throughout the song.
