About three weeks ago we mentioned that British rock group Mumford & Sons had landed the top spot with the release of their second studio album Babel and headed for biggest debut of the year.
Since Babel‘s debut three weeks ago, it has sold more than 96,000 copies so far and is still number one on the US Billboard 200. Within hours of it release it went straight to number one on iTunes. Also within the first week Mumford and Sons sold 78,000 copies putting them ahead of Macklemore & Ryan Lewis who is #2 and rock band KISS who is currently #3.
