Your probably wondering why Lindsay Lohan’s drivers license hasn’t been taken away and I’m wondering the same thing!
Lindsay Lohan was arrested early this morning, again, in New York City after allegedly hitting a pedestrian in Manhattan.
NYPD officials told TMZ that Lohan was driving a Porsche Cayenne shortly after midnight near the the Dream Hotel in downtown New York when she allegedly clipped the knee of a 30-year-old guy at low speed.
After the accident one of Lohan’s passengers got out of the vehicle to see if there is any damage while Lindsay walked inside the hotel. While inside the hotel, someone called the police and Lindsay was apprehend by the cops at 2:30AM ET.
“Call my dad! Call my dad!” Lindsay yelled as she was being put into custody. She was booked for leaving the scene of an accident, a misdemeanor offense.
The arrest could be seen as a breach of probation from her jewelry theft case and Judge Stephanie Sautner could order her to return to court.
It must be hard to be a failing former child star.
